We seek to be present with one another through times of sorrow and loss. The language of liturgical tradition helps us express what can be so difficult. At St. Paul’s we are always ready to meet the individual’s or family’s needs when a loved one dies, whether it’s a small gathering of friends to say prayers and give thanks for a life well lived or a large, formal funeral. Funerals often include Holy Eucharist and frequently music. Our parish hall is available for family and friends to receive people before and after a funeral. This gives people the opportunity to greet family members and friends, share food, and offer a prayer.
